Saturday Morning Bootcamp is a blast

Hi there, We are going into the 4th week of Saturday morning bootcamp and we are having a blast! We have 11 participants and they are all gaining strength and stamina and they tell me they are enjoying it. We are beginning with a walk/run and then moving into the parking lot for some boot camp cardio training. We then move inside for some sculpting, pilates and yoga. It is great fun and I am so happy that we did it! We love to see you join us next time!
